I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on a hill overlooking the lagoon in Knysna. The location surrounded by lush green gardens and treetops provided a tranquil and picturesque setting. The rooms, though basic, were equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a clean and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and provided great service, and the breakfast served on the deck was a delightful start to the day.

It was a short walk to a lively shopping area and a beautiful lagoon. the room was clean and cozy, with a perfect bathroom and adequate facilities, such as a microwave and fridge. the service was helpful and made the experience feel special. the breakfast was filling and served in-room to accommodate our children's schedules.

The lack of a reliable internet connection, which was manageable with a bit of unplugging.

The room was in dire need of renovations. The bathroom was cramped and the shower was challenging to use.

There were no credit card facilities available which was quite inconvenient. the location was a bit isolated and difficult to find without GPS, making it a bit challenging to get around without a car.
